How much of a disadvantage is that to get mountain biking shoes instead of road cycling shoes for a road bike?
It seems that there is much disparity between a shoe brand to the next, if the shoes are made for road cycling and mountain biking. Some shoes mountain bike seems more comfortable for everyday use or for walking. What is the difficulty in obtaining the mountain bike shoes for a road bike?
No disadvantage. They have a definite advantage in that you can walk in them. Therefore, for normal driving are a much better option. I had Where parts of the plants of the mountain bike shoes interfere with some road pedals, so check this before buying, or be willing to make some modifications.
