Bicycle Carrier
I want to return broken goods but don’t have the box?
I bought a bicycle carrier to mount on the back of my car at the weekend. While fitting it I tightened it up and two plastic shim between the handles (for tightening) broke. Now comes my mistake, due to my hate for keeping cardboard boxes and taking up space in my house with rubbish, I had taken the cardboard box to the tip before attempting to mount the carrier. Can I still return the goods to Halfords?
If you have proof of purchase i.e a receipt you can take it back, its not about the packaging its about the goods.
